Do You Offer Different Types of Venues?

Yes, we work with Wedding and Event Venues of all types, sizes, and styles. To name a few of our clients; a Beachfront Clubhouse, an Episcopal Church, a 300+ Capacity Reception Hall, a Rustic Barn, a String-Lit Courtyard, Hotels, Airbnbs, an Outdoor Garden, a Rental House Turned into an Intimate Event Space, Country Clubs, Restaurants, a Golf Club, Community Centers, the list goes on. We work with venues that have a capacity range from as little as 50 guests, all the way up to over 300+. Styles and aesthetics range from non-descript Event Halls to top of the line Hotels. And in terms of price point, our spaces and packages can range from as low as $1,500 for the day, to over $40,000+. We felt it was best to provide a diverse list of event venues, while ensuring our standards and processes remained consistent. This means that you don’t have to sacrifice the quality of your event and planning experience when opting into a lower cost facility. Likewise, you won’t lose the fun and personal touch if you opt into our high price range venues.

We initially planned to establish this website purely for the purpose of displaying all of our venues in one spot, but it soon took on a completely different form. We offer a new way to approach planning your wedding. Instead of starting with some third party wedding planner and hoping they can find time for you, and instead of renting a random venue whose interactions may become dry and restricting once you sign on the dotted line, start with us. Start with a company whose central culture revolves around bringing modern, flexible, and genuine interactions back to an industry stuck in tradition. Rest assured that no matter what venue you choose, no matter what vendors you work with, you overall experience will be consistent, responsive, easy, and enjoyable. These days it’s not hard for companies to present themselves under false pretenses, and so how do you truly know what you’ll get when your big day rolls around? What Is “The Modern Couple”?

“The Modern Couple” is the culture our company operates within, and is something that influences all of the work that we do. We feel the wedding industry as a whole is a bit too traditional, and hasn’t quite caught up to the flexibility and control that other modern day industries offer. And so current day, or “Modern” couple is finding that the wedding planning process becomes stressful and rigid, and it simply does not align with their needs and preferences. As a result, we decided to be that difference. All of our venues, vendors, partners, and services operate in a manner that is fun, genuine, responsive, and most importantly flexible. We encourage creativity, and we want our couples to enjoy their planning process.

 
 

Do You Also Offer Vendor Services?

Absolutely, we offer a long list of vendors (both in-house and partnered) that cover just about every type of service. And if you want more options other than what we offer, then our team will help you shop around, compare quotes, and will even sign the contracts for you. Here’s a list of the vendors that we offer within or upon request: DJ, Photo Booth, Decor, Photography, Videography, Catering (Plated and Buffet), Bartending, Day of Coordinating, Florist, Dinnerware, Tableware, Rental Items, Officiants and Priests, Cake, Dessert Options, Musicians, Magicians (why not), Valet, Shuttle Services, and Accommodations.
